- We ensure that all products dispatched from Khaish undergo 100% quality checks.
- Semi-Stitched Products in their original condition can be returned to our address in India, and a refund will be processed to customers if the item is returned without any stains or damage.
- Stitched items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange as these items cannot be sold to anyone else.
- Ready to Wear – Items purchased under the readymade section (Ready to wear) need to be altered as per height (top and bottom), and hence these products are non-returnable.
- If you wish to return items due to a defect in the product, please send the product in its original condition to us within 7 days of delivery, after which we will not accept any returns or process any refunds.
- We can only accept the product in a resaleable condition, so if the item’s shape or form is changed due to stitching, we will not be able to accept it or process a refund.
- Due to different screen resolutions, sometimes there may be minor differences in the color of the product as seen on the screen. This reason for return will not be considered.
- Refunds and exchanges cannot be processed once the item is stitched.
- For any defect or damage in the product, customers are requested to email sales@khaish.com immediately upon receiving the product.
- In case the semi-stitched products are damaged, we will refund the whole amount (the price of the product paid) but will not be able to refund the shipping. Also, the shipping and other return costs to the address mentioned below will not be borne by the company.
- Once the returned product is checked and if it is in saleable condition, the refund will be processed to your account, which can take up to 7-8 working days.
- Refunds and transfers will depend on banks and local laws.
- Customers not based in UK or Europe are required to ship the products they want to return to our office in India, where the manufacturing happens: The office Address is: Khaish Fashion, Patel House, Chokdi Gangapole, Jaipur, India – 302002. The return cost will not be borne by the company (Khaish Fashion).
